Recommended: Daytripper

The collected edition of the Daytripper limited series is out this week, debuting at #1 on the New York Times Paperback Graphic Novel Bestseller list. 

Written and drawn by brothers Gabriel Ba and Fabio Moon, Daytripper is a beautifully realized tale of one man’s life and mortality.  Each chapter functions as an individual story, but the recurring characters and themes make this series much more effective as a whole.  With colors by Dave Stewart, the art has a meditative quality that fits the tone of the book perfectly.  Daytripper is a must read.
